Do you have to use a specific ball in high school football games?

I know you have to use the standard size ball, but are there restrictions that you have to use new balls, or balls pumped fully?

I have small hands so I like to deflate my balls just a little so I can grip the ball better. Also, for some reason my hands stick to old buy drugs online balls better. Will they let me play with a old ball that is not pumped fully?
